2. Handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with excellent customer service.
3. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings with clients.
6. Providing regular updates and reports on call performance and lead generation activities.
7. Continuously improving communication skills and product knowledge to better serve customers and achieve sales targets.
