As a Telecaller at Gautam Modi Group, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication. Your proficiency in MS-Excel and Advanced Excel will be utilized to maintain accurate records and generate reports for analysis. Your fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi will enable you to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from existing customers to address inquiries and provide assistance.
3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in Excel spreadsheets.
4. Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to maximize revenue.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
7. Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
