Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
2. Handle inbound calls from existing customers to address inquiries and provide assistance
3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in Excel spreadsheets
4. Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to maximize revenue
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
6. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication
7. Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
