Telecaller Fresher Job

A telecaller also known as a telecalling officer or customer support executive, is responsible for making calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generating sales: Making calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales
2. Explaining products: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to interested customers
3. Persuading customers: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments
4. Handling customer inquiries: Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or complaints
5. Maintaining records: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the database
5. Supporting staff: Supporting staff in follow-up calls for both sales and service activities
