Telecaller Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication skills.
3. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
5. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
7. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign success.
9. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Key Requirements:

1. 0-3 years of experience in voice process.
2. Basic English Communication
3. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call center software.
4. Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
5. Preferred Skills: Experience in BPO, telecom, IT, banking, or e-commerce Sales
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
