Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with clients (retail brands & channel partners), pan-India. Share relevant updates with them & note their responses.
2. Grow the database through online search & social media.
3. Maintain a follow-up calendar. Fix appointments.
4. Communicate progress with in-house team directly, via email or phone. Follow progress of escalation.
5. You will be trained to prepare PowerPoint presentations for which a working knowledge of PPT & XLS will be good.
6. Handsome performance incentives will be paid over salary
7. This is currently an in-office position. A hybrid / WFH model can be explored post training & your capability to perform independently
8. For a comfortable commute, it would be great for you to reside within a 5Km radius of Powai.
