As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling real estate sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering phones and explaining the products offered by the company.
2. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
4. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
5. Explaining all project details to the customer over call and scheduling a site visit for the same.
6. Follow up with customers after call.
7. Cold Calling
8. Lead Generation
9. Explaining property details such as floor plans, amenities, etc
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
1. Real Estate Tele calling/pre-sales experience will be an added advantage
2. Good communication skills
3. Gujarati language proficiency will be an added advantage
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
