Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 17,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 2,00,000 /year
