1. Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our college programs and answer any questions they may have.
2. Follow up with leads and provide additional information or assistance as needed.
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with students.
4. Keep accurate records of all communications and update the database with relevant information.
5. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for students from inquiry to enrollment.
6. Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume and conversion rates.
7. Improve your skills and knowledge of our programs continuously to better serve our students.
