Key responsibilities:

1.Make calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers and cold calls to existing customers
Present products: Explain the features and benefits of products and services
Close sales: Encourage customers to make purchases or schedule appointments
Manage customer service: Handle customer concerns and issues
Build relationships: Foster relationships with existing customers and build rapport with potential customers
Maintain records: Keep detailed records of calls, including outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up actions
Report on progress: Submit daily progress reports and analyze observations
Update databases: Enter, verify, and back up customer information in the computer system
Follow guidelines: Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology
Stay updated: Stay updated with market trends
Skills Memorize scripts and customize them for clients, Identify customer needs, Understand customer requirements, Provide pricing details, and Maintain service quality.
