Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

Client Outreach: Contact potential clients via calls to introduce them to our financial services and understand their financial challenges.

Sales & Conversion: Present and promote our debt management solutions, converting leads into customers through consultative sales.

Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement and nurture relationships.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to build trust with clients, addressing their concerns and offering clear explanations about our services.

Documentation & Records: Keep accurate and organized records of all interactions, sales, and follow-up activities using CRM software.

Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and legal teams to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for clients.
