Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting International Clients: Your first task is to identify and research potential clients in international markets who could benefit from the products or services offered by your export company.
2. Outbound Sales Calls: With your list of prospects in hand, you'll initiate outbound sales calls to introduce the company's offerings, build rapport, and generate sales leads.
3. Understanding International Markets: It's essential to stay informed about market trends, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements in different international markets.
4. Product Knowledge: To effectively sell your company's products or services, you need to develop a deep understanding of their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
5. Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with international clients is a critical aspect of your role.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients is key to fostering loyalty and generating repeat business.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments within your export company, such as logistics, shipping, and customer support, is essential for ensuring seamless order processing and timely delivery.
8. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for expansion into untapped international markets is crucial for driving growth.
9. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections is essential for tracking progress toward sales targets and identifying areas for improvement.
