Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound calls II Good communication

1. Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers
2. Manage inbound/outbound customer calls promptly
3. Generate leads that develop into new customers
4. Identify customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the product/service
5. Gain comprehensive product/service knowledge and clarify information wherever required

Requirements:

5. Confidence

Note:

1. Shift timings 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (8 eight hours working shift and 1 hour break total 09:00 hours)
