Telecaller Fresher Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented telecaller to join our team at GWI Technoe Services LLP. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential leads, introduce them to our digital marketing services, and schedule Google Meet appointments with our business development team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to cold leads sourced from databases, online research, or campaigns.
2. Introduce GWI Technoe Services LLP, highlighting our digital marketing services and value propositions.
3. Build rapport with potential clients and address their basic queries professionally.
4. Identify interest levels and qualify leads for further discussions.
5. Schedule Google Meet appointments for interested leads with the business development team.
6. Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and scheduled appointments.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a telecaller, sales representative, or similar role.
2. Excellent communication skills in - e.g., English, Hindi, etc.
3. Ability to engage in persuasive conversations and handle objections confidently.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with basic CRM tools and Google Meet setup is a plus.
6. Self-motivated, with a goal-driven attitude and a desire to succeed.
