Key responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to students regarding education loan options for studying abroad
2. Assist students in understanding the various loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment options, and other relevant details
3. Evaluate the financial needs of students and recommend suitable loan solutions based on their requirements
4. Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians to address queries, and concerns, and provide personalized advice
5. Collaborate with financial institutions and banks to facilitate the loan application process for students
6. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, loan applications, and other relevant data
7. Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the education loan industry.
8. Provide support and guidance to students throughout the loan application and approval process
9. Handle telephone inquiries and provide timely assistance to students and stakeholders
10. Assist in organizing and conducting informational seminars and workshops on education loan options
