Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make a call to potential customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and convert leads into sales
2. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues
3. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage repeat business
4. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company goals
5. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
3. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
4. Excellent/Good communication and presentation skills
5. Proficient in English
6. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
7. Persistent and results-oriented
8. Patient and able to handle customer rejection
9. Experience in Trading, Stocks, Financial services, and banking will be preferred
