Your proficiency in MS Excel, English, and Hindi speaking skills, as well as your effective communication abilities, will be essential in excelling in this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote company services.
2. Handling inbound calls from customers with professionalism and assisting as needed.
3. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in MS Excel for future reference.
4. Following up with clients via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to coordinate appointments and meetings with clients.
6. Conducting surveys and gathering feedback from customers to improve service quality.
7. Providing timely and relevant information to clients regarding company promotions and offerings.
