Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our media and entertainment services.
2. Handle inbound calls from existing clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintain a database of client information and interactions in MS-Excel for easy access and follow-up.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
5. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our services, promotions, and upcoming events.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
7. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve our services and enhance the overall client experience.
