2. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with booking inquiries
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in MS-Excel
4. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
5. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions
6. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction
