Key responsibilities:

1. Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for Jyoti mam s attention
2. Conduct initial outreach to potential customers via emails, phone calls, or social media.
3. Present in webinars and handle the communication with community members and accelerate selling
4. Closing the deals for seminars and talks on behalf of Mindcoach Jyoti by presenting PPTs and other necessary details to institutes that are potential customers for the same.
5. Managing excels and documents
