1. Conducting telephonic briefing of the shortlisted candidates (majorly blue-collar workforce) in accordance with the guidelines mentioned in the SOP
2. Explain objectives & next step procedures to shortlisted candidates (majorly blue-collar workforce).
3. Compile, record & code results and data from briefing using specified documents given
4. Conducting feedback, engagement & support calls with the shortlisted candidates
