Telesales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our Ayurvedic products
2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs
3. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
5. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
6. Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
8. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve product offerings and sales tactics
9. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, benefits, and unique selling points
