Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote ISO certification services.
2. Generate leads and maintain a database of client information.
3. Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
4. Achieve assigned sales targets within the stipulated time.
5. Handle customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve issues promptly.
