We are looking for a tele-sales executive to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. They should be responsible for customer sales and follow-up of inquiries given to them. The candidate will be required to interact with our clients the moment a lead is received, on a real-time basis. The customer sales executive will also get incentives apart from salary.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle online website inquiries and generate sales through leads by telecalling, mailing, and follow-ups
2. Have good communication skills and talk to the customers on call in Hindi & English
3. Answer questions of the customers about products and services of the company and try to do the sale
4. Enter and update customer information in the database
5. Maintain customer lead data follow-up on our CRM
Qualifications:
1. Work experience as a telecaller/telemarketer or a similar role in the sales department will be preferred
2. He/she should have a good command of English and/or Hindi language & basic computer skills
3. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
4. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
