Qualifications and Skills
Proficient with CRM Software (Mandatory skill) to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.
Skilled in Cold Calling Techniques (Mandatory skill) to proactively reach out to potential customers and generate leads.
Strong Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) abilities to ensure satisfaction and retention of clients.
Excellent Objection Handling skills to address concerns and questions from clients confidently and effectively.
