Tender Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. GEM tender search & bid preparation: Develop and submit technical and price bids.
2. E-tendering/E-Bidding/Reverse auctions/Live auctions: Oversee and manage these processes efficiently.
3. Documentation: Prepare all tender documents in the formats specified in the NIT and ensure timely submission.
4. Coordination: Work with relevant departments to procure required documentation during the tender process.
5. Daily reporting: Track and report the bidding status, both online and offline.
6. Data management: Prepare datasheets and maintain accurate, updated records regularly.
7. Vendor interaction: Follow up with vendors, OEMs, departments, and clients.
8. MIS reporting: Prepare comprehensive MIS reports and competitive bidder comparison sheets.
9. EMD management: Coordinate with the accounts department for EMD and tender fee collection.
10. Vendor registration: Complete and oversee vendor registration processes.
11. Client meetings: Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings with clients to ensure successful communication and outcomes.
12. Client relationship management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
13. Sales support: Provide backend support to the sales department.
14. Tender tracking: Monitor the status of tenders and offers consistently.
15. Document control: Ensure all documentation is accurate and well-organized.
