About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and tackle end-user issues by interfacing with the Support and Development teams
2. Attend all client L1 issues and calls and closure within the assigned service parameters of response time by proper allocation of time to achieve customer satisfaction
3. Have complete ownership of the service delivery process for the assigned customer base
4. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
5. Work closely with the support and delivery team to resolve the issues and close the tickets
6. Creating & executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues
7. Reviewing & analyzing system specifications
8. Reporting & documenting technical issues
