Key Responsibilities:

1. Write engaging and attention-grabbing text for thumbnails that drive clicks and views on YouTube and other platforms
2. Develop catchy and clickbait-worthy titles and subtitles that encourage users to watch the video
3. Research and understand the target audience to create copy that resonates with them and compels action
4. Work closely with the design team to ensure that the copy aligns well with the visual elements of the thumbnail
5. Keep up with the latest trends in social media and YouTube to create relevant and timely thumbnail copy
6. Monitor the performance of different thumbnail copies and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize future copy
7. Tailor copy for various types of content, such as news, entertainment, education, and more, ensuring it matches the tone and intent of each video

Probation:
