How you should be: As a Customer Success Executive responsibilities include resolving client queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn our client's trust.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing Product Client Support
2. Providing training and assistance to existing client
3. Handle queries of clients via live chat & email
4. Working on updating documents, FAQs on - Help Portal
5. Creating Videos for ''How to' & Solutions for client self-learning
What we are looking for?
1. Having good verbal and written communication skills
2. Ready to provide support to international clients in their time zone.
3. Must have the willingness to learn new things.
4. IT/Computer or any relevant field would be an added advantage
