Trainee Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support production operations by assisting the Production In-charge in daily management tasks
2. Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating with maintenance teams for issue resolution
3. Promote and enforce Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies within the production floor
4. Participate in Kaizen initiatives to identify and implement process improvements
5. Monitor and report production metrics, including daily output, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery, and Turnaround Time (TAT)
6. Ensure product quality by collaborating with the Quality Assurance team and implementing quality control measures

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering)
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment
5. Knowledge of production processes and equipment maintenance concepts
6. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
