You will be provided training on standard IT hardware and equipment, operating systems, and basic working knowledge of databases. Training will be provided with a deep understanding of how the systems work, how to diagnose and perform troubleshooting and handle technical issues.
Key responsibilities:
1. Providing technical support to enterprise-level applications
2. Monitoring the critical applications
3. Proactively overseeing the maintenance of applications
4. Document incidents, problems and their solution including the troubleshooting process
5. Coordinate with clients and internal teams
6. Timely escalation to the senior members
