As a Trainee Recruiter at Creatigrity Technologies Private Limited, you will be a crucial part of our dynamic team, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the Mechanical field. With your strong English Proficiency (Spoken and Written), you will play a key role in communicating with candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for mechanical positions
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each open position
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
5. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our recruitment processes
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills and building rapport with candidates and team members
Flexibility to work night shifts (06:15 PM to 5:00 AM IST)
Good health and the ability to maintain high energy levels during night time hours
Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus but not required
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,52,000 /year
