Travel Consultant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls from clients regarding their travel needs and convert inquiries into bookings
2. Assist clients with flight arrangements and address any issues or concerns
3. Maintain high standards of customer service through active listening and effective persuasion
4. Follow up on leads and recommend additional services to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
2. Strong active listening skills to understand and address client needs
3. Persuasive abilities to guide clients in making informed travel decisions
4. Punctuality and reliability are essential
5. Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage, but not required
