Job Description: The Tarzan Way is looking for a driven individual to join it as a Sales Specialist. As a Sales Executive, you will work as a Travel Expert, playing a multidimensional role working closely with the core team with work ranging from but not limited to handling client requirements, building travel plans, connecting with unique organizations, activity suppliers, and accommodations all around the world.

During your tenure with us, you'll be learning the ins and outs of how a startup functions with crazy targets, packed schedules, and endless growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with Inquiries: Reach out to potential customers who have shown interest in our travel services through our website and other channels.
2. Assess Interest: Conduct initial conversations to understand customer needs and determine their level of interest in traveling.
3. Provide Information: Offer detailed information about our travel packages, services, and promotions to help potential customers make informed decisions.
4. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales process.
5. Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with inquiries in our CRM system.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to share insights, and feedback, and contribute to strategy development.

1. Work experience in the travel space is preferred, though not mandatory.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 8,00,000 /year
