As a 'Travel Executive' at FastTreck Travels, you'll be responsible for creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating effectively with customers and vendors. Your expertise in MS-Office will come in handy as you organize travel itineraries and ensure seamless arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
2. Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients.
3. Create detailed travel itineraries tailored to each client's needs and budget.
4. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
5. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip to address any issues or concerns.
6. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and regulations to offer informed recommendations to clients.
7. Keep accurate records of bookings, expenses, and client information to maintain efficient workflow.

This job is for female candidates only. With excellent communication skills, intelligent, fluent in English, adept at handling clients' travel needs, and eager to learn and travel. Office timings are 10 am to 7 pm (up to 1 hour for lunch & tea break). Monday to Saturday.
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
