Travel & Offline Marketing Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Offline Marketing:
Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote GoHappy Club.
Organize events, workshops, and local community outreach for brand awareness.

2. Travel Coordination:
Represent GoHappy Club and convert senior participants into members.
Plan and manage senior group trips (itinerary, bookings, logistics).
Serve as the main contact during trips and resolve issues.

3. Partnership & Collaboration:
Build relationships with travel partners, local businesses, and influencers.
Collaborate with the team for new marketing opportunities.

4. Customer Relationship Management:
Engage with senior members to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Gather feedback post-event and maintain a client database.

5. Event Coordination: Oversee offline events and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.

6.Reporting & Analytics:
Track campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Report insights and make recommendations for improvements.
