About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead trekking groups safely and professionally on designated trails.
2. Provide engaging and informative commentary on trails, local flora, fauna, and geography.
3. Monitor group well-being, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
4. Manage on-site logistics, including camping setups, equipment, and food arrangements.
5. Conduct pre-trek briefings and assist with post-trek feedback.
6. Serve as the primary contact for emergencies, with readiness for first aid and crisis management.
7. Encourage an inclusive environment, fostering teamwork and a positive group atmosphere.

Other requirements

3. Physically fit and able to handle challenging terrains.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse groups.

5. Passion for environmental conservation and responsible trekking practices.

6. Language skills: English, Hindi, Malayalam (mandatory).

Salary
