UI/UX Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
2. Design and deliver user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly
3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience
4. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across all platforms and products
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
6. Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets the intended vision and user experience
7. Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members to continuously improve the product
8. Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision by providing insights and recommendations based on user research and design principles

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
2. 0 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and process
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
4. Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar
5. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
6. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
9. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
10. Experience with agile methodologies and working in a cross-functional team environment
