UI/UX Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs
2. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
2. 0 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
