Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product management and software engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
2. Translate business requirements to end-user needs and create differentiated design solutions.
3. Bring expertise in UX design by creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in design thinking and agile methodologies.
5. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
6. Formulate streamlined processes and pinpoint enhancement opportunities to enhance both quality and efficiency, enabling designers to achieve higher levels of productivity.

Other requirements

1. User experience in design/interface design/product designing/prototype designing.

2. Experience Adobe Creative suite and tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, Zeplin.

3. Graduate/Master's degree in human-computer interaction, product design, information design, interaction design (B.Des/M.Des), HFI, cognitive psychology, or related HCI discipline.

4. Proficient in performing usability tests, cognitive walkthroughs, heuristics evaluations, surveys, and user-centered design methodologies to practice.

5. Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.

6. Open to work in an Agile/Scrum development process.

7. Can design, implement, or evolve design frameworks.

8. Can create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows.

9. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

9. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

10. Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker.

11. Strong decision-making, and project management abilities.

12. Ability to work effectively as a team member, across project teams, and independently.

13. Ability to pay attention to details & pursue quality in accomplishing tasks.

14. Good multitasking skills.

15. Ability to communicate promptly & openly.

Salary
