1. Engage with US clients and vendors
2. Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities
3. Source candidates as per the requirement through various portals (LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.)
4. Engage throughout the placement process of the candidate
5. Manage candidate placement in companies and in their desired fields
