Key responsibilities:

1. Source and track the resumes from DICE, Monster, Desiopt & internal database
2. Work on recruiting F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and green card and consultants, getting them for training

Skills required:

1. Good communication and writing skills
2. Must have excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills
