Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the entire recruitment cycle for IT and NON-IT roles
2. Utilize diverse job portals to attract top talent
3. Execute referencing and mapping exercises for urgent closures
4. Coordinate telephonic interviews and negotiate offers as required
5. Deploy mass mailing and job posting strategies to engage a wide candidate pool
6. Maintain an internal database for future recruitment needs
