US Recruiter Trainee-Mechanical / Manufacturing Domain Fresher Job

We are looking for freshers who are ready to embark on a rewarding career in recruitment. As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced recruiters in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various job openings. This is a night shift position, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working during nighttime hours.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and referrals
2. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job roles
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
5. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and guiding them through the recruitment process
6. Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing domain
Excellent command over English language both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members
Flexibility to work night shifts (06:15 PM to 5:00 AM IST)
Good health and the ability to maintain high energy levels during night time hours.
Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus but not required
