US Soft Collections(International BPO Associate) Fresher Job

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as collections specialists for our US collection process. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in International BPO and international sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success in debt recovery and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Debt recovery:

1. Contact customers with delinquent accounts through outbound calls and other communication channels.
2. Negotiate and establish repayment plans based on customers' financial situations.
3. Utilize effective communication and persuasion techniques to recover outstanding debts.

B. Customer service:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding overdue payments.
2. Work collaboratively with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to resolve outstanding debts.
3. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while dealing with challenging situations.

C. Documentation and reporting:

1. Accurately document all interactions with customers, including payment arrangements and commitments.
2. Generate and analyze reports related to collections performance and provide regular updates to the management team.

D. Compliance:

1. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
2. Stay informed about industry best practices and updates in debt collection laws.

E. Team collaboration:

1. Collaborate with team members and other departments to share insights and strategies for improving collection efficiency.
2. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Note:

1. Competitive salary between 17K to 32K in hand per month (variable incentives- 2k +1k).
2. Rotational night shifts (9 hours).
3. Enjoy 2 rotational week offs.
