USA Tax Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review U.S. Federal (Form 1120), State, and local income tax returns, including estimates and extensions
2. Compile supporting work papers and perform complex calculations related to Federal and State income tax returns
3. Assist in preparing calculations and documentation for US international tax issues such as FTC, E&P, GILTI, FDII, and Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, 8992, 8993
4. Prepare complex ASC 740 provision workpapers for quarterly and yearly reporting, including ETR, DTA, DTL, VA, Fin 48
5. Prepare supporting data, work papers, and draft memos for tax authorities and respond to audit queries
6. Deliver work within scope and deadlines, maintaining the quality of all deliverables
7. Adhere to practice protocols and internal processes consistently and with integrity
8. Identify process improvement opportunities for streamlining and automation
