Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos for various platforms. This is a Full-Time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, and is ideal for a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience with color correction and grading
Strong understanding of video codecs and file formats
Knowledge of various video formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
Creativity and attention to detail
Knowledge of current trends in video editing and motion graphics

Roles and Responsibilities

Edit and piece together raw footage into a cohesive whole
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
Create and implement motion graphics elements
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of videos
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements
Review and improve video content based on feedback
Manage and organize video files and assets
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and software
