About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Edit and produce high-quality videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube, ensuring they align with our brand's aesthetic and storytelling objectives.
2. Collaborate closely with the content creation team to brainstorm, plan, and execute video concepts.
3. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine video edits and enhance overall quality.
4. Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit footage, and add effects, transitions, and audio as needed.
5. Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements for video content.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver edited videos within specified timelines.
7. Maintain organized file management and adhere to company guidelines for video assets.

Other requirements

1. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity.

3. Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and output specifications for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube).

4. Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
