Key responsibilities:

1. Covering discussion on the visa process, documents, funds, and medicals
2. Monitoring the status of all leads - CAS status, referral, and refund
3. Verification of documents and preparation of files
4. Filing of all forms country-wise like NDVO, financial matrix, 956 A, 1014,1012, etc.
5. Following up on documents for the Visa filer
6. Doing inbound calls of student and their parents for queries
7. Making student and parents branch visit and help with processes and queries
8. Connecting with partner agents for NZ and Australia visa filing and follow-ups
9. Doing visa filing for all countries for all branches (except the USA)
10. Checking visa status
11. Handling escalation emails
12. Preparing visa report for commission to recon team
