Steward is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at our Benaulim, Colva location. As a fresher-level position, it is ideal for those with 0 to 1 year of work experience looking to grow in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time role that requires passion and an eagerness to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills
Food and Beverage Knowledge (Mandatory skill) for understanding menu items and providing recommendations to guests.
Customer Service skills to ensure every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
Strong Attention to Detail to maintain the quality and presentation of the dining area and dishes served.
Teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other waiters for seamless service.
Problem Solving skills to handle unexpected situations and guest complaints with ease and professionalism.
Time Management skills to efficiently manage tables, orders, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and escort customers to their tables with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
Present menus and provide detailed information when asked, including recommending food and drinks.
Take accurate food and drinks orders using order slips or a POS system.
Ensure all orders are delivered to the guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Regularly check in with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas throughout shift.
Perform side duties at the beginning and end of each shift.
Collaborate with other staff and kitchen team to ensure guests are provided with seamless service.
